Hello, Dear Reader!

Planning is important to get everything done, and since it is only 5 days till the weekend, we have to think about what to drink when it arrives…

I love this wine, Schramsberg, Blanc de Noirs, and it is good both for just drinking while you make the dinner or to seafood. Since this bottle got brought from CA, US to me here in Norway, I can’t recommend to run to the Vinmonopolet AS and buy it.

BUT if you are in Napa Valley and can either go to the Winery and have a gorgeous trip through their caves, and buy a couple of cases afterwards, which is so recommended, or get it some other place, it is a wonderful addition to your sensory library.
