Hello, Dear Reader.

The weekend flashed by, and every-day-flow starts again. Maybe you think it is difficult for me to find something to blog about every day of the week? Dear Reader, to follow what is going on in the world and sprinkle it with a little life experience, give me endless topics to write about. The problem is more how to write it, since sometimes I am in loss of words. Mind you, that state is unusual for me, but I do have to admit I do sometimes have problems finding words that are covering my thoughts. Without, using profane words, that is.

I did get to read about the latest research in Ideal Dick Sizes, and no, this is not an article about the jerk next door that has too big balls vs. brain ratio, this is actual serious science. I found the article; B. S. Mautz, B. B. M. Wong, R. A. Peters & M. D. Jennions, “Penis size interacts with body shape and height to influence male attractiveness”, PNAS Early Edition, 8. April 2013, under Biological Science – Evolution. I had to look up the article to verify that it was a real science article, and not something  that was made up.

From the abstract I quote: “This observation has generated suggestions that human penis size partly evolved because of female choice. Here we show, based upon female assessment of digitally projected life-size, computer-generated images, that penis size interacts with body shape and height to determine male sexual attractiveness.”

I then looked at the computer-generated figures that were used by the 26.2 ± 6.8 SD years, 105 females to get to this result, and if you had asked me to rate anything attractive from these figures I would have walked away from the study. BUT, from the study, I would as a female rate height, body shape, and penis size to find out how sexual attractive the man is. I think anyone knows that this very thing is very difficult to assess, when you think you just have met the dream man! Do you look at the crotch, do you feel it or do you actually ask him to drop the pants? Nothing, I think, was said about smarts, or how good these guys smelled, or felt, or how god the chemistry was between the two, or status on the guy.

I do feel cheated, Dear Reader, why didn’t I know this before, to look for a tall guy with medium size body-shape? Then just ask the guy to drop his pants and drag out the ruler I have in my little Louis Vuitton purse? THEN actually figure out if he was for me by talking to him, smelling him and feeling him. Yes, these people got funding from the university, yes, the authors did a correct science project and yes, how far off does this feels by a female with IQ. I wish they could give me some funding to find out if there is a correlation between the rapid evolution of the tit size in the last 20 years and male choices…
